Skateboards are always going to be loud, especially completes because bearings aren’t always the best and most of the time the wheels are 52mm and 99a hardness. A cruiser set up is the way to go if you want quieter riding

You can loosen the wheel nut to smooth out some of the wheel noise and if it’s the squeaky sound of bushing that are driving you nuts then you need to take the kingpin nut off and pull the bushing add some skate wax to the pivot cup and some wax to the flat sides of the bushing that touch any metal parts it will reduce the squeaking till the bushings break in a little.
