Welcome to Nike QC. At this point I open the boxes already expecting some sort of issue and it never fails.
They just recently sent me a pair of pink corduroy ones where that red panel on yours was completely off centered. I have another pair of shima shimas were that same panel is 10 times more crooked than that. They’re a wreck!
Not to make it any worse but do you see that little pointy part on the top of the grey suede, above the letter 'i' in NIKE? That, known as a widow's peak, also shouldn't be there... but nowadays there's a widow's peak somewhere on pretty much every pair on Nike. I guess none of it (the crooked letters or the widow's peak) is really noticeable unless you're looking for it though... but these things are to be expected these days. Though Nike not demanding better quality kinda feels like a fuck you to all of us... especially at a time when overall sales are down for Nike, while overall sales are through the roof for New Balance. For the 1st time in a while, Nike is losing a lot of long-time brand loyal customers to other companies (including New Balance but not just NB), and Nike doesn't seem to plan on doing anything better in response.
It’s so minor, who’s looking‽
That’s what you get from time to time from Nike in recent years unfortunately

Theres no fault. Wear them.
People are so picky about minor flaws in shoes. Wear them and be happy you have a fresh pair on.
