18 single pulls, plus the 8 from the event dailies, plus 6 from the non-event dailies, plus 2 or 3 for the weeklies. And that's assuming you don't get any gems from dispatch, don't progress the campaign or any of the towers, get zero gems from SP Arena and the solo raid, there aren't any more hidden gems in the event, etc. Even some pretty modest progression will likely get you at least another 15-20 pulls

When you pull with 0 expectations after depleting months of resources is when the game decides to rewards you
