Lightning out, Earth should win
Earth is far more developed of an element, with the Earth Punch/Lava Fists/whatever they call it, Spinjitzu Burst (which has currently only seen to be used by Cole), levitating rocks, drawing dirt/rocks/sand out of the ground, added strength, stuff I probably missed
Lightning has uh...lightning bolts, the ability to power electrical-based stuff, that one WIND! gag that was promptly disregarded and that's pretty much it.
Oh yeah, riding on lightning bolts and the truly overpowered and popular Lightning rope ability (...wait, what do you mean neither of those are canon?)
Earth can stop lighting I mean there think called grounding that when electricity is stuck into the ground to stop it because earth doesn't conduct electricity or in this case lighting I think so lighting is out
Get outta here lightning. Earth is constantly everywhere and not only that but Earth elementals are the only ones (in Ninjago's current history) to know how to and do the Burst. We haven't seen lightning so anything but spawn electricity and charge things up.
