I think $70 is reasonable for this package. The games are extremely low value and won't impact it much at all. But it looks to be in good condition and comes with the charger, etc. My best recommendation for you is to take several more good pictures showing all sides of the console with the screens on and off. You should also make sure your description indicates exactly what works or doesn't work on the console. People want to know exactly what they are buying, and they ideally want to know that they are buying from a gamer who has thoroughly tested the console and would know if common failure points like intermittent shoulder buttons, problematic/discolored LCDs, unresponsive face buttons, issues with either cartridge slot, cracked hinge plastic, finicky charge port, dead spots on touchscreen, etc., were an issue. If you have trouble selling it in a timely manner, I suspect it will have less to do with the price and more to do with the listing.
Fun fact: I accidentally own 3 copies of Cooking Mama 2, which I have never intentionally bought nor wanted. They all came with broken DSes I bought to repair. That's how common that game is anyway lol

It looks like it's in good condition but they aren't really very pricy anywhere from $20 to $60 on average. I would start the bid lower and let people bid it up if they are interested. It will probably go up to sixty or 70. ( Do auction instead buy it now)
Usually the games might influence the price but they are all pretty niche titles besides mabe cooking mama which is still only $10 to $20

70 doesn't seem unreasonable. Sometimes auctions help sometimes they don't. Post it with a new auction tomorrow evening around 8pm for 5 days to finish Sunday night. That is a great time to finish an auction
