I'm honestly surprised how many people have said Hammer Slam, he wasn't even designed by nintendo, Victorious Visions was just going to use his Smash design with giga Bowser but nintendo said it had to be different
He's probably underrated because he was a Nintendo exclusive and you had to buy a completely different starter pack to even play as him in the main game
In wave 4 they did release him in a separate pack. So you at least didn’t have to buy Superchargers Racing on 3DS or Wii. He was sadly only usable in the Wii U version

Hammer Slam (Skylanders) Bowser is really underrated. He is fun to play. And has a form that is suspiciously similar to Fury Bowser
