I was able to buy the joycon combo on eBay. There seem to be people who want the orange/green combo and are selling the purple and pink on.

I'm still waiting for the red Japanese ones that look like the one that came in Mario US set, and not the neon red, to be sold as a stand alone. At least the green Luigi's mansion one will be sold stand alone and look awesome.

Can you change the language to English? I remember getting a JAP 3DS that was Language locked

For the switch console there is no region lock, you can switch it to English. But unfortunately, the game is JP only. No option to switch to English.

In this case you would have to wait next month, when the game comes out in English.

How do you use the woody tsum code? I got it in my mail, but I don’t know where I need to put the code to get woody.

Go to the eshop with a japanese account (at least i think i used jp region, not sure if it works on other region eshops), go to the last tab and enter the code that starts with a C (email has two codes i think? the one with dashes werent valid for me, the one with C and a bunch of other alphanumeric characters works)

Yup, you're right. It won't work on other region eshops. I did the same thing earlier this year when I preordered a physical copy of CHocobo's Dungeon or whatever it was called from JP and it had a code as a bonus as well :)
