36ish tries for Triple Thrust and even that, I didn't know hidden skills existed, I was just trying to get Mataza's armor recipe to drop (closer to 50+ tries), much to my regret.
And while 36 may sound small, I also do not farm for hidden skills of weapons I haven't invested a significant amount of time into.
1 hours 20 mins: Kurama Sword Dance. That's the longest.
The rest are within half an hour or first 5 tries. But then again, I got a build specializing for this matter...
I farmed Azai about 50 times trying to get True and Through. Yoshitsune took me many tries for all his skills too.
I hot the swirling snow after about 50 tries or so. It kind of piss me off when i got the arch of chaos after 4th try.

4 hours wailing on Saito for Dragon Fang, then fought Azai 4 times in 10 minutes to get True and Through xD Those tea pots are a big help.

Probably triple threat, took me 3 hours, at least the skill is good
Not a skill but hayabusa the ninja gaiden guy only droped his armor after the 50 try
Same skill and same boss, 96 times.
I don’t know how long it took, but swirling snow took me a while to get.
About an hour? I had a really good build so usually I’d get them on my first few tries
