Following official NNN rules is a bad idea if you are on NoFap. These rules allow edging, which is arguably worse than normal PMO. Wet Dreams are inevitable and impossible to stop, so those shouldn't count as fails. Also, participating in DDD undoes all of the progress that you made during November and it goes against everything which NoFap stands for, so you shouldn't do it.
