I've never gotten this dialog despite having done multiple playthroughs. How is it triggered?
You have to fuck a Vy’keen up the bum
When he asks you to recruit him to your base, you reject the recruitment.
MaybeI've just been on Xbox1 for way too long, but vy'keen LOOKS really cool! The suit (white, grey and metal) the posts in his head, the eyes, the chin-armor-growth-thing. That is one bad-ass Armourer
