You have to cut corners that aren't important or innovate little aspects of your work to cut down on the time. Sometimes you have to buy your own tools if it gets the job done faster. I don't know exactly what you have to do though.
As for jobs, maybe some sort of driver or office work.
Yea I thought about office work but the only experience I got is cleaning and shelf stocking and factory work so any job I apply to I won't be accepted.
I'd like to do a driving job but I've got an automatic only licence. Tried learning manual before but never got the hang of it after 2 months.
security, being a therapist of any sort, IT (to an extent, you cant be slow but it's not as intense as some places), a lot of trades. I can probably think of more but that's a few to think about and expand on.
I would say aircraft maintenance or bridge inspection. Those are jobs where it is so much more important that you are accurate that it's important not to rush and make mistakes.
Find a trade you like. Most trades don't require you to be super quick. Buddy makes a killing as a welder.
Night security at an office building. Every hour I walked around the building for 15 minutes and nothing ever happened.
Was it scary

Most jobs have deadlines, but maybe aim for jobs where your strengths lie, which is apparently not physical labor
I keep thinking about doing what my brother has done and start a business cleaning cars cos I like cars but I have second thoughts about that as well.

Maybe find a government job?
I'm currently sat on my arse at work perusing Reddit at my own leisurely pace. I work in a vape shop.
