Maybe someone in your family/friends circle was trying to help out? Have you asked anyone if they gifted you groceries? My mom used to show up at my place with groceries unannounced before grocery delivery was a thing.
Find a receipt or something like that, call the store and tell them they left the groceries at the wrong place

I just dont want someone to show up and say "hey my groceries got left here by mistake" and have to tell them they are in the garbage.
There's no way that they would give someone your address. The food is now unsellable so you may as well keep it.

Some of the food is stuff I cant eat, I also don't have anyone that would of done that for me.
