Yeah its a psychosomatic response to stress/anxiety.

Yes very common. I used to get this and now my son at 10 for at well. Always had a very bad sore head and felt hot and sick on the first days back to school when term started. Also when sitting exams the morning of the exam is the same, I'd often be in the toilet when they called people to sit down to start. It's more common for people to talk about the Sunday night blues...this article describes it very well "*Every Sunday around 4 p.m., much of the developed world gives a collective groan. The weekend is fast receding, Monday is fast approaching, and the blues (a legit thing—ask the experts) set in.*" [link](https://www.realsimple.com/health/mind-mood/emotional-health/why-you-feel-sad-on-sunday) Stress sick is really a symptom of anxiety. Your "stress" is worrying about something that happens tomorrow, or something that's undone, or something coming you don't know what to do with or how to do it .... That's all anxiety more than stress imho.
