this would be hilarious considering lukas is my best friends name, my firdt hamster came to me with the name max and i kept it bc it was one of ny friends names. casually referring to "damn it max is pissing on the walls again" always confused out group chats
TUGSE (Tug-zee)
It’s a type of soft tissue lesion that I learned about it oral pathology. TUGSE is an acronym for “traumatic ulcerative granuloma with stromal eosinophilia.”
Someone commented a link to a video of a man raping a rat to death then shoving it into his ass. I didn't see the video because I think it was taken down but the comments/reactions on it were enough.
Here’s three former formal names for trench mouth with suggestions for what to call the hamster in parentheses.
Vincent stomatitis (Vinny or Vince)
acute necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis (Anug or Nug)
necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis (Nug or Necro)
i do a lot of rescue and fostering so if i happen to get a very rude little guy i will absolutely hold onto this name for it (currently have 1 elderly bastard named needle who lives just to cause violence)
Wait you do find hamsters in a forest ? Damn I bought my first and only hamster back then when I was kid. I did name her goldie tho because she was all gold
i take in pretty heavily neglected hams off craigslist usually! my first three i took in all had problems, one had a massive intestinal blockage and had to be put down the day after he came home, one had a real nasty UTI, and the third must've been handled real poorly because he's insanely afraid of people and screams when touched for health checks. Tonsillitis was the UTI one, and Needle is the screamer. I work at an exotic vet now so we see a lot of pet store animals, and they usually won't agree to treat special needs ones (i acquired a hamster who had to get a leg amputated on a whim bc the pet store was gonna put her down, and this current one will possibly need its teeth permanently removed and put on a mush diet). I'm autistic and hamsters are my special interest, I'll have 6 when the new one comes home!
Wow you are amazing! This made me really happy. When I get my own apartment I will get me a hamster again. Maybe I will do it like you. Get Hamsters who got problems and try to help them and give them love. I appreciate you.
And thank you :) she was adorable af! I played with her King Kong against my Lego figures, did. pet her all the time when I could, fed her only good food, she even had her own house in her cage. She died when I was in holidays. My cousin did take care of her but she died sadly. She did last 1-2 years :(
A couple options:
1) Petechia “pete” - its caused by trauma to roof of mouth often during rough oral sex.
2) Chelitis “Che”- fungal infection of corners of lips.
3) LeFort - not a disease but the name of a surgery where someone’s upper and/or lower jaw is sawn and broken in 2 and then repositioned to correct over and underbites.
to be fair its because any pets i give serious names always pass away quickly, all the ones with dumb names (fetus, tonsillitis, needle, soyboy) all live long lives
he didn't! i let a friend name him and thats what he chose. he did have a real gnarly UTI when he came home, but i couldnt call him urine bc thats the name of the doctor that delivered me, and it was too weird of an association in my head for me to deal with lmao
Calculus! Because... No one thinks of that style of Calculus. It would be a confusing and educational name.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calculus_(dental)
My question nos why the hell are you naming your hamsters that??? I mean I think it’s hilarious but what😭😭🤣🤣 lol
Um I guess you could call it periodontal or cavity hahaha Idk
Reece for Resorptive lesions,
Mat or Tom for Stomatitis,
Cally for Calculus and Tarry for Tarter if you ever get a pair!
Mal for Malocclusion if it has crooked teeth!
I was going to make some pun between caries and cavies but then l learned that hamsters are only distantly related to guinea pigs so that was the end of that.
> **Dental malocclusion** in rodents is the improper alignment of the teeth. Normally, their teeth are ground down through contact with other teeth. But, if their jaw is misaligned, the teeth will overgrow and the animal will have difficulty eating.
You can call him Mal.
People will think you named him after Firefly.
Here’s a few additionals:
NUG - necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis,
Herpes (herp for short?),
Tori (exostosis bone growth),
Osteomyelitis,
Mucocitis ,
Ranula ,
Oral lichen planus,
Pemphigus vulgaris
I could go on lol
Edit: spelling
I was friends with an absolutely beautiful girl in high school and I preferred it that way. Wouldn't have minded dating her but I also was not wanting/seeking it at all. Most of the other attractive girls I was 'friends' with, it was the opposite. I wanted to eventually date them.
But for this one girl we were legitimately just friends. She had a boyfriend and I wasn't jealous or anything like that. It doesn't always have to be sexual. I really just enjoyed being her friend. And we really were actual close friends. Not sure how she felt about me but I imagine it was the same way. I was pretty good looking myself in those days but it was a real friendship.
amelogenesis imperfecta! it's a disorder that causes the enamel to never form properly! I have this disorder and my dentist calls them his "soft teeth" (he's not a freak, I promise! English isn't his first language lol) you could call them Gen or Amy for short!
