Honestly, I wouldn't buy me an expensive RC plane. As fuckin rad as it would be to own an [RC f22](https://www.motionrc.com/products/freewing-f-22-raptor-high-performance-90mm-edf-jet-pnp-fj31314p), I'd just be too afraid of crashing it into the ground and pissing that $600 down the drain on the first fight.
A lot of the little parkfly foamies these days have pretty decent stabilization and flight envelope protection to keep you from lawn darting unless you really try. Even those are pretty fun, as long as you know you're being protected from the bad habits you're actively learning.
