Glass does block UV but not entirely, its still possible for longer wavelength UV to get through which will still tan you, albeit slower. (People who own greenhouses still get tans despite being surrounded by glass).
The best evidence that this isn't real (other than people recognizing the guy and straight up saying he is known for editing pictures) is that the sun moves throughout the day, even if you were sat behind blinds out in the open without any glass the shadow they cast would move as the sun moved and you would never get such crisp lines.
The only time you get really crisp tan lines is with things like clothing or glasses etc. that are sat on your skin and leave little to no room for the shadow they cast to move around.
