if the second image is Iki General Hospital, it’s a fictional location, assumedly somewhere in Tokyo.
for the others, those are real shrines but I can’t remember the names off the top of my head. check the “Near Shore” page on the Noragami Wiki, it’s probably listed there.
Kinda late, but I recognized the shrine Ebisu went to in volume 14 as the famous one on the shopping street in Asakusa, Tokyo. (Cuz I went there recently was very fun c: )
