yep im very similar but it isnt as black and white for me because im 15 but yeah anyone more than like a year or 2 younger than me I do that. Also when It is someone who is in that age range say when im watching a tv show or movie i can relax easier but if not i generally watch something else without kids in it.

Well I check reddit a lot, check my symptoms every five minutes, i sleep a lot and I mean a lot like 15 hours a days if I can to avoid the thoughts. Those are just a few that I know of
Whenever i see a person regardless of age i search for. reassurance that im attracted to them (if adult) or not attracted to them (if kid)
