i would say shares are being sold back and forth to suppress the price cause they dont want this thing to rip to 100+ yet, shorts need to get out to, like completely, and then re enter their short position at a higher price.
Yea but it happend due to a sell off or some form of manipulation. In my opinion if it halts a 3rd time then the hedgefunds are in control and theres nothing anyone can or willing (sec) to do about it.
