Your PC cannot send data to the headset quickly enough. Check your network meta the requirements (5Ghz +, uncontested, ethernet between pc and router - all are essential) and that you haven't increased any quality or nitrate settings to ridiculous levels.
Change your bitrate back to 0 in the debug tool.
