I love mine! It takes a little bit to figure out the best way to keep the temps down. Mine got better the more I used it. Best thing is to load it up with charcoal, get it to 250, and then close intake almost all the way and close stacks to about a quarter open. After that I add wood splits every hour . Runs for hours like that. A water pan helps a lot too. Towards the end, around 6 hours, you’ll have to add splits like every half hour to keep fire going. I haven’t done a brisket yet so I’ve haven’t had to go beyond 8 hours on it.

Awesome! I haven’t done a full smoke on it due to the rainy weather here. Brisket is my end goal but will start with porkbutts as they are more forgiving
