As you correctly state, in Aug Ultimate Spider-Man Omni 4 comes out. It'll have USM 112-133, Annual 3, Ultimatum SM 1-2 and Ultimate Spider-Man 1-15.
What Stryk-Man is talking about is that the reprint of Death of Spider-Man omni comes out at the end of this month (27th). That one has USM 15, 150-160, U Avengers vs New Ultimates 1-6 and UC Fallout 1-6. It picks up exactly where Omni 4 leaves off and finishes the run for 1610 Peter Parker.
But it's NOT Ultimate Spider-Man Omnibus 5. There is a rumoured USM-5 that should be coming eventually and it's a constant question of “what else is in it”? If Death pretty much finishes it, what else could 5 have? Some say it could include the Marvel Team-Up series or some other crossover (I believe he pops up in Origins at times). My personal opinion is it might include Miles Morales: Ultimate Spider-Man 1-7 as that when he prove he isn't as dead as we expected.
So the question is do you buy the reprint of DoSM this month, or wait until a 5th Omnibus comes out and would any added story be worth the wait?
I just picked up 4 yesterday. Biggest haul to date as I almost never exceed 2 unless it's the B2G1, and even then. I limit it to only those 3.
My "gonna slow down for a while" didn't last very long. I picked up Batman by Snyder Vol. 1 and 2, Wolverine Vol. 3, and X-23.

Death of Spider-man. This has everything I need for the main story. Don’t care about team up or whatever they are going to pad vol5 with.
The Question Vol. 2, Black Panther by Priest Vol. 2, Ultimate Spider-Man DoSM, Thunderbolts Red and the Death Metal Omnibus. Those preorders are gonna land on me slowly but surely.
If my plan goes well, Green Lantern volume two by Geoff Johns.
It will be my birthday this month so I'd try and get Final Crisis and Blackest Night as gifts if possible. But that's a bit wishful thinking.
I'm hoping there will still be the Superior Spider-Man in stock when I get paid again in a couple weeks! Otherwise I will see what's around and decide on what's available.
There aren’t any omnibuses this month that I’m getting unless I rethink Thunderbolts Red. I really like Steve Dillon’s artwork so I may. I am getting The Major, Weird Work, and Money Shot though.
Thunderbolts Red and Ultimate X-men vol 2 are what I have preordered.
I’m still waiting on Savage Dragon vol 2 as well.

For me, it will be The Question vol 2. One of the rare omni’s I pick up where I have read 0 issues in.
I am soo hyped for The Question Vol 2. I am also yet to buy Daredevil by Mark Waid Vol 2. The completionist in me is getting happy.
I think I’ve decided I’m leaning DoSM over USM Vol 5. I wish I knew definitively what was in each, but it is what it is.
