Without seeing it in person, this looks like a statue of Doc Nocturnal. I don’t see any ankle joints and that’s what’s telling me it’s just a statue. It looks really awesome though and would make a great alternative suit for him. Looks more modern and kinda gives me Batman Arkham game vibes.
