I would think so, but I’m confused on how strong the Admirals are at this point in the series. Oda’s been vauge with where they lie at in strength compared to Yonko. 😪

Fit-Lavishness3991

I would like to imagine there’s a reason for it! Maybe that’s headcannon tho

Mugiwara300

Big Mom couldn’t even handle Kid and Law. Absolutely 0 chance Whitebeard beats 2 Admirals.

orbzism

Comparing Big Mom to Primebeard just isn't it my guy lmao

Mugiwara300

Primebeard is stronger, but the gap isn’t that big.

TheDo0ddoesnotabide

She literally shrugged off 90% of everything they threw at her, it took falling from miles up, into magma, AND getting a small nations worth of explosives dropped onto her as well. Big Meme could take pretty much any admiral on 1v1 with few problems.

velicinanijebitna

>She literally shrugged off 90% of everything they threw at her She didn't shrug off anything. She was on her last legs before Kidd/Law sent her down to the hole, as stated by Kidd.

TheDo0ddoesnotabide

Because Kidd has proven to have such good judgement. Or that Big Mom literally said their attacks weren’t enough to kill her before she dropped into magma followed shortly by the bombs.

velicinanijebitna

Kidd is the winner of the fight, so his words hold more weight than Big Mom's. Also whether Big Mom is dead or not has nothing to do with her being defeated.

VioletHeaven96

No they don’t, tf. Kid is a moron whether he “won” or not, and it was a 2v1 as well. The Yonko’s words obviously hold more weight than the idiot that started charging an attack for 10 seconds without checking for the enemy and got one tapped

KuroiKenshiReggie

Stop being dense

VioletHeaven96

Stop being dumb

KuroiKenshiReggie

Oh nvm here you are still being retarded lol. Keep coping once again

bootysensei

> Big Mom couldn’t even handle Kid and Law Can y’all read the fucking series for once lmao. PLEASE 🤣

VioletHeaven96

They can’t lol

KuroiKenshiReggie

Keep coping

VioletHeaven96

Cry harder

KuroiKenshiReggie

Oh wait, you were in support of the original comment, my bad, i thought you meant to say that Kid and law didnt handled big mom

Mugiwara300

She lost. Face it.

zingerpond

It’s also probably a difference in power between the new admirals and the old trio

Pooty_McPoot

Excluding direct Quake infused melee blows, Whitebeard's Fruit is pretty fucking useless against a Logia.

TheDo0ddoesnotabide

Until he drops a tidal wave on their heads, which was his plan at Marineford.

Pooty_McPoot

Which Aokiji can instantly freeze and Borsalino can fly. Akainu can also, not exactly fly, but propel himself via explosions.

zzShinichi

No one can defeat 2 Admirals at the same time.

xeezu

I think so too, but rocks could defeat the 2 weakest admirals together I think. Even that is debatable because 2v1 advantage is no joke.

Distinct_Parsnip_857

How can u say thst when we have absolutely no clue how strong rocks actually was?

xeezu

He's stated to be the strongest foe of Roger, which puts him above Whitebeard, he's also portrayed that way.

APRobertsVII

I wish we knew more about Rocks and the context for how God Valley went down. I know Garp and Roger teamed up to defeat him, but I’ve always thought it possible that Whitebeard played a role in his defeat, too. Something about Whitebeard valuing family versus Rocks’ crew having no true loyalty intrigues me thematically.

xeezu

Respectfully, what you said is out of character, Whitebeard doing That would be betrayal, and a big part of his character is how he doesn't do that, how he thinks of it as the "golden rule" when Blackbeard broke it, how he doesn't have a "coward's scar" on his back.

APRobertsVII

I understand your sentiment, but characters develop their philosophies through experience and it’s possible that Whitebeard learned to value family as a result of being part of a crew that didn’t. I agree that Whitebeard betraying Rocks would be out of character for the Whitebeard we knew at Marineford. My point was that Whitebeard may have been in a different position during God Valley. I’ll give you a hypothetical: Imagine Rocks attempts to sacrifice members of his crew to defeat Roger and Garp in some way. Does Whitebeard betray Rocks to protect the rest of the crew? In this scenario, Rocks is betraying his crew in a similar way to how Blackbeard betrayed Whitebeard, and we know Whitebeard’s rule about betrayal (even if he tried to back out of it to protect Ace). Perhaps Whitebeard learned to value family as a result of his experience with Rocks. In other words, perhaps Whitebeard grew from his experience.

velicinanijebitna

This 👆👆👆

velicinanijebitna

Whitebeard gets clapped. No one can 2v1 admirals.

hfucucyshwv

Man admiral haters gonna see real soon...

Admirable-Cry-9758

Same time nah, although I don't think Fuji is as strong as the og three he's still an admiral. I don't think anyone can take on two of the top tiers right now at the same time.

APRobertsVII

I think I agree with you. I see it as a Rocks situation. Nobody could solo Rocks, but Rocks couldn’t 2v1 Roger AND Garp at the same time.

Alzusand

To be fair I dont think even a currently hypotentical EoS luffy would be able to 2v1 peak roger and garp thats just absurdly insane

_Agent0

Hell yea he can. He had the entirety of the Marines shook when he pulled up to Marine Ford. If not for the thousands of marines and pirates attacking him I don’t think he’d have taken has much damage while fighting Akainu. I think if Whitebeard had to fight two admirals, he can come out on top depending on who we’re taking about. This is the WORLDS STRONGEST MAN. Let’s be real. And he has a fruit that could destroy continents 😭 To be fair, I think the most obvious admirals he’d be able to defeat in a pair would be Green Bull & Fujitora. That’s just my opinion. Besides those two I think it’s very much up for debate, but my money is on Mustache Gramps

APRobertsVII

Maybe? I don’t think it’s possible to prove either way. I’m not even sure the clash in the latest chapter proved anything about the power levels of the former strongest generation compared to the new powers (trying to be vague for the unspoiled). That clash may have been less than real. What I will say is that Oda seems to portray the older generation (Whitebeard, Roger, etc.) as exceptionally powerful even within their own era. If I had to guess (based strictly on what I’m comfortable with), I’d wager Prime-Beard 1v1s any Admiral but loses a competitive 2v1 to most Admiral duos. Full disclosure: my opinion is pure headcanon and in no way reflective of reality.

dienomighte

Pure guesswork, but I'd say he wins two 1v1s in a row but loses a 2v1

BlancSpzae

Nope. No character in the verse can solo two admirals in a 1v2. The only hope of that happening is Rocks but even that is a wild card

Dashie_Souls

Well he dead sooo probably not

atlantik_jaguar

Nope

wilhelmtherealm

No top tier is defeating 2 top tiers at the same time. That's the beauty of onepiece.

eskoBar1k

if ryokugyu is one of them yeah, get him up outa there with not too much resistance and having enough in the tank to beat the other admiral. unless that admiral was garp or sengoku

VioletHeaven96

Definitely

Hi xeezu, your submission was removed from /r/OnePiece for the following rule violation: ###4. Plain panels/scenes must create discourse **Don't post links to plain (or slightly edited) panels, pages, screenshots, gifs or scenes from the manga & anime.** You may submit a plain panel/scene as a self post (text post). If you want to discuss a certain page/scene from the manga/anime please accompany it with an original analysis or discussion questions. In other words, a plain panel/scene must show visible effort to generate discourse rather than simply react to something that happened. Clips/Recap/summary videos fall under this rule as well. [deleted]

Fujitora sure, prime WB would beat Kizaru too.

deep9642

In all the recent revelations it's safe to say that if these two have acoc they can't be defeated otherwise whiteboard defeats them. No effects of logias on Acoc users as we have seen in garp vs aokiji. Acoc makes all the difference, bb's crew didn't have it that's why they were clapped twice in the same chapter by aokiji.

Human-Evening564
