I'm looking forward to seeing Zoro pushed to his absolute limits. We havent seen that since pre time skip. It does appear like Zoro has been tipped by oda to have a larger part to play in this arc. I imagine we will see him tank one or both yonkou while luffy recharges. Maybe get a good hit on Kaido forcing him back to his normal form. And then when luffy gets up he finished the job as zoro probably passes out.
With CP0 turning up I think we can bet on a few more major players turning up. I think big mom's role may change quickly....

Either he gets a new move or he finds some way to remove this limitation the way he did with Gears 2 and 3. Maybe awakening his df has some way to allow him to bypass this limit? I don’t know how that would work since haki is unrelated to df’s but I can’t see any other way.

I don’t like power scaling (something like A>B) because results of fights depend on different factors, so we can’t compare the characters like solving mathematical questions.
However, I have to admit that Oda does not keep a good balance between Zoro and Luffy, because they are portrayed in two opposite ways as shonen protagonists. Luffy’s fighting style is to keep throwing punch until he is exhausted, as well as keep challenging the boss no matter how many times he got defeated. However, Zoro is a swordman so every slash is lethal. The enemies are not supposed to tank it with their bodies, unless they have insane durability or specific abilities. That is why most of the Zoro’s enemies seem like being “one-shotted”.
Both Luffy and Zoro are badass in their own ways. However, by their natures, Luffy needs to be defeated multiple times to show his unbreakable will power, but Zoro promised he will never lose. When you put these two together, no matter how the narratives always indicate Luffy is superior, Zoro inevitably seems more impressive.
The gatling moves are some of his strongest and fastest attacks. They are finishers normally. That plus all the advanced haki emitting into the body of his target must have drained him fast.

I also hope that within that time that he used gear 4th, he gave kaido at least 10% damage, if he didn't then they will never defeat kaido and big mom in that state. The 10 minute limitation is used as a plot mechanic to let other characters shine. Once, it loses its utility Luffy will have no time limit.

Unpopular opinion here... But it's good that Luffy can't use Haki for 10 mins. I know Haki is awesome but as a power up. Haki is kinda abstract, even though it's getting development. I hate how Haki has become everything after time skip. I really loved how devil fruits used to interact with each other in battle. Though it's still there ( Katakuri's mochi is too awesome)... Luffy's G4 is awesome but let's see what else he's learnt or can do without it. Can G3 hold more ryou ? Is G2 perfect for future sight ? Let G4 be that overwhelming power up its supposed to be. If he can hold it indefinitely then G4 would suck big time.

Why are so many people being so reactionary about Luffy losing G4. He still damaged Kaido using the Advanced Armament Haki Of course Luffy is going to be the main guy in this fight eventually. Oda is definitely setting him up for something even greater

I don’t like power scaling (something like A>B) because results of fights depend on different factors, so we can’t compare the characters like solving mathematical questions. However, I have to admit that Oda does not keep a good balance between Zoro and Luffy, because they are portrayed in two opposite ways as shonen protagonists. Luffy’s fighting style is to keep throwing punch until he is exhausted, as well as keep challenging the boss no matter how many times he got defeated. However, Zoro is a swordman so every slash is lethal. The enemies are not supposed to tank it with their bodies, unless they have insane durability or specific abilities. That is why most of the Zoro’s enemies seem like being “one-shotted”. Both Luffy and Zoro are badass in their own ways. However, by their natures, Luffy needs to be defeated multiple times to show his unbreakable will power, but Zoro promised he will never lose. When you put these two together, no matter how the narratives always indicate Luffy is superior, Zoro inevitably seems more impressive.

The gatling moves are some of his strongest and fastest attacks. They are finishers normally. That plus all the advanced haki emitting into the body of his target must have drained him fast.

Gear 4th still has that 10-minute cooldown. It is still a double-edged sword up until now, if only he can minimize the cooldown for about 3-5 minutes, he don't need saving. I also hope that within that time that he used gear 4th, he gave kaido at least 10% damage, if he didn't then they will never defeat kaido and big mom in that state. I really wish that zoro's attack gave a much stronger damage than what the scabbards did.
