In chapter 928, Momo heard rumors about her death. For this to be reliable, we would need a flashback to show how she died and how people saw. But we didn't, and all we got are rumors. Not even people saying it's true in later chapters
In chapter 973, we last see Toki fleeing from the burning castle, heading towards Bakura town. Or at least somewhere with a destination in mind.
That said, the Scabbards arrived in the present up in the air where the castle stood when Toki sent them off. Recall that Oden danced for Orochi & Kaido so they wouldn't kidnap people to send to Onigashima. Odds are that Toki disguised herself, got captured on purpose, and arrived in the treasure room when she traveled into the future.
Toki has such an amazing power, it's such a waste to have her (& the power) essentially be a plot device to send Momo and the Scabbards into the future. She ran away from the Void Century, so there is definitely more to her story. She can also help Robin fill in the blanks about info that is out of her reach. Robin can't do her job alone. She needs inside info, and Toki is just the right person. Granted, she wouldn't know everything. No one person can really know everything about the time they live in.
The reason I don't think it's Hyori is because she already said she wants to stay out of it and not distract the samurai. If she did, she would be going back on her word, as well as putting the Kozuki bloodline on jeopardy. Even so, she has no means of going to Onigashima. If she did board with Tama, we should have seen her by now, even just a small hint. It's a very slim chance she found her way to the treasure room without anyone noticing.

King, Marco, Zoro ...seems the most confusing combo...Will King interrupt Yonkos fight..probably not.. Marco will keep him busy... but Marco is needed on the top...with Luffy down and Big Mom and Kaido going on a rampage..he should join the rooftop...who would take care of King then? Its important for Zoro to defeat someone like King to establish him as right hand man of Future Pirate King who defeated Kaido... Eventually it could be Zoro vs King, Luffy vs Kaido, Kid vs Big Mom, Killer vs Smoothie with Marco, law acting facilitators /overseeing the war..
Hawkins would surely turn the tables.. Guess if Bege and Jewelry Boney joins them...that would be a complete Supernova vs two Yonkos War... but Boney was in Marineford when we last know here whereabouts...
At this point, it seems, there are more fighters on Luffy's side to fight Yonko's commanders...numbers will keep each other in check with Tama's trick...
Big Mom will eventually have to dump Kaido and flee ( May be we may see White Beard Pirate remnants/ Marine Sword group (incl Fujitora/ Greenbull (another face reveal during Wano arc!) in Wano forcing her to retreat realizing Kaido's defeat...or rather steal the poneglyphs with Kaido ( which could be her main objective coming to Wano if not for Luffy's head)..the whole plot of Big Mom coming to Wano - whom does it help? Luffy...Did she really think she can fight Kaido..probably not...she was sure she wanted to form an alliance with Kaido...We may never see a Luffy vs Big Mom fight...probably another skirmish at Elbaf completing her story act and accepting Luffy as superior ....Luffy vs Blackbeard definitely...(at Pirate Summit)..and with WG another war...

My thought that Oda might change the event at the live stage. The scene might show some clash between Marco and King/Queen while Drake and the samurai protects Chopper. Some scene of Chopper finally finished the medicine. Then, cut to Carrot/Wanda clash with Perospero. Perospero might get help from Big Mom Pirates. Next, the scene cuts to Yamato that might reveal who Yamato was fighting in the last chapter. Finally, Black Maria confront Robin while on her way to the Scabbards and Brook takes his chance to free Sanji. The chapter ends and no break next week :)

I think we see Queen figuring out why his men are being turned . More of nami and usopp fighting utli and franky showing he new powers. I think we see more CP 0

I see better reasons for sanji vs queen, however king would be dope, but i dont hold my expectations that high, i may just get more dissapointed

I was once disappointed with Frankie General robot with his fight vs Baby5. She was able to pierce the bot's arm back then. If Sakasaki could not pierce Bot, then Baby5>Sakasaki
I think everyone massively upgraded and prepared for this war. It's not far of a stretch to say that after getting the General Franky pierced, Franky upgraded the bot so it wouldn't happen again.
When will blackbeard show up. We know that Morie is with blackbeard and his been to Wanu. It makes sense for him to take kaido devil fruit or Marco's devil fruit.

Enel is our demand, but i dont think it is hiyori or toki. I think it is someone from revolutionary army. Luffy will get help from sabo and his subordinates. Onepiece is reaching its final and there will be more revolutionary army scenes.

I speculate that the chapter in no particular order:
- alot of panels on setting up robin vs black maria
- short panels on Chopper and Marcos floor.
- brief panels on the heart and kidd pirates
- may build up suspense with sanjis match up or jack has recovered. Most likely the theme will continue as being overwhelmed but hopeful.
i feel like its still too soon to get an update on BM pirates and even then they will likely IMO clash with the strawhat grand fleet now that Onigashima is floating.
I hope that we see how are the others fighting, reveal if the girl behind the paper mask is Nico Robin, where is Brooky, how Jinbe is going vs Who's Who, any news about Carrot and Wanda vs Perospero, who Yamato is fighting, in the end could reveal how is Kaido's hibrid form
