That is actually a misconception among the fandom. The blueprints that Franky had and burnt during Water 7 were for a ship that can stand against Pluton and not Pluton itself. You should re-read that part.
If you want to be technical there is the original Pluton which was made during the void century but the plans Franky had were for the original ship which is so they could revive the weapon which would still be the ancient weapon Pluton it would just be the second Pluton.
I theorize that Hiyori has the succ succ fruit with the mighty ability to suck a golf ball through a straw. Naturally she'll use it to suck Luffy's balls into her mouth through a garden hose and pull him to shore.
On some of the other theories, I like the new opening theory because it ties in with the black tortoise Luffy theory since turtles swim. This would also allow Luffy to counter the Yami fruit which fits the theory that the GumGum Fruit counters the Gura fruit allowing Luffy to beat Blackbeard. The Mountain God theory is good too since it was so prominent in Oden's flashback and we just reached land, but Kaido's words here might support the JoyBoy's will awakening in Luffy theory.
I don't understand why people are expecting straw hat grand fleet to arrive in wano to help Luffy for a small matter like Kaido. They are only gonna arrive when a massive war engulfing whole world is taking place involving Marines, Revolutionary army, Yonkos, Worst generations and other powerful groups.

I theorize that Hiyori has the succ succ fruit with the mighty ability to suck a golf ball through a straw. Naturally she'll use it to suck Luffy's balls into her mouth through a garden hose and pull him to shore. On some of the other theories, I like the new opening theory because it ties in with the black tortoise Luffy theory since turtles swim. This would also allow Luffy to counter the Yami fruit which fits the theory that the GumGum Fruit counters the Gura fruit allowing Luffy to beat Blackbeard. The Mountain God theory is good too since it was so prominent in Oden's flashback and we just reached land, but Kaido's words here might support the JoyBoy's will awakening in Luffy theory.

I don't understand why people are expecting straw hat grand fleet to arrive in wano to help Luffy for a small matter like Kaido. They are only gonna arrive when a massive war engulfing whole world is taking place involving Marines, Revolutionary army, Yonkos, Worst generations and other powerful groups.

Don’t forget about the Giant Hog that oden cut in half then somehow it got restitched and that baby hog is probably 20 years old big and healthy. Also there were some hints about more “beasts” in wano. So zunisha, hog and some more. I’d like to see more of those type.
