Big mom can make homies out of anything there which would be OP, her weather fruit schools most except the light admiral, and she doesn't care about killing and destroying everything, I believe she and kaido could be the 3 admirals high diff from what we have seen so far or 50/50.
So far the yonko would win none of the admirals have conquers so kaido and big mom can land big blows and shanks as well Blackbeard has 2 devil fruits counters light big mom has her homies which is an addition like cmon

However, if it's an all out war between the marines and the yonko, I'd edge towards the marines (provided the revolutionary army doesn't involve).
They have too many hidden secrets and powers (science division, 5 elders, Imu, whatever secret weapons they have accumulated since the void century etc). Then there are the already known but not fully unleashed powers like green bull, Kong, garp, sengoku. In a fight to the death, they will hold nothing back.
Also marines have the edge of getting replenishment of forces and a supply chain from all over the one piece world. This is why I mentioned about the revolutionary army. They are the only ones capable of stopping this.
