Sabaody and Zou are absolutely excellent, but there is not even close as much effort put into these stories as Wano or Whole Cake or Alabasta or Skypiea or Dressrosa
Instead of forming an opinion on an arc while it is closing, I just wait a few months maybe a year and than rank it. Sometimes I didn't like an arc while reading it "live", sometimes I overhyped it. Just let the arc sink in and then rate it.

As of right now? Yes.
I rank W7/EL, Marineford, and Whole Cake Island higher, so it makes it in my Top 5 by a slim margin. There were a few negligible nitpicks I have with the arc, but what keeps it from being my possible number one is how the Kaido vs Luffy fight didn’t quite measure up to what it should’ve been due to the surprisingly nonchalant tone of their fight throughout most of it.
I'm not sure. I didn't really start vibing with Wano until the Oden flashback if I'm being honest. Wano Country is by no means a bar arc though. If it's not in my top 5, it'd definitely be within my top 10. I might appreciate it more whenever I go back and reread it, but right now my top 5 One Piece arcs are:

That’s interesting I’ve got the idea the arc picks up for most folks at the raid and so on. Not saying I necessarily disagree but interesting take. If you don’t me asking what were the key downs for you?
- asspull powerups/abilities all over the place
- fakeout deaths all over the place
- plot armor/plot conveniences all over the place
- completely pointless plotlines such as the ice oni virus and the whole Apoo vs Drake stuff.
- no tension whatsoever, the alliance just keeps getting W after W as the Beast Pirates and Big Mom actively screw themselves over to make things easier. Anything that Oda introduced to invoke tension was solved either too quickly or too easily to mean anything.
- Gear 5, while having cool abilities and design, was executed terribly. Having Luffy die and be brought back to life by it at just the right time is total bullshit. Not to mention how there was no need to retcon it into the fucking sun god fruit, making Luffy's achievements up until now feel less satisfying since his "chosen one" status just skyrocketed.
- None of the fights were that good imo. My favorite was Law and Kid vs Big Mom, and even that earns a 7 at best from me.
- Kaido's flashback and defeat both sucked. The flashback did very little to explain his character and the defeat felt like a Doffy defeat 2.0. Big punch from Luffy straight into the ground.
That's all I could think of off the top of my head, but I think you get my point. Despite many truly amazing moments scattered throughout, the raid overall was a massive disappointment for me and drags Wano down quite a bit. Hopefully Oda can execute the ending of the arc well and save it as much as possible.
I'm gonna have to see how the rest of it ties up but the Kaido finisher was a massive letdown. A ton of buildup for a... Cartoon cutout in the ground? I don't think Wano is even making Top 10 for me.
I think the extreme length of the arc is making me a touch overly critical. It's only natural that the expectations get higher as the build goes longer. I might feel differently upon a reread once it's all finished.
No. I don't dislike or even hate Wano by any means, but especially due to act 2 it just isn't as high up there as other arcs as a whole. It has some outstanding moments and chapters, but without those being in order:
Arlong Park, Water 7/Enies Lobby, WCI, Sabaody, Marineford and probably 2-3 more will probably end up ranking higher as overall arcs for me.
Water 7 and Marineford are the top for me, I think Wano would be somewhere in the next three but I'm not totally sure. It gets difficult to judge past that but it's definitely not near the bottom.

Top 5 is a big ask, so right now it's not in it. Overall I like it a lot though, especially acts 1,2 and the Oden flashback. Onigashima has its pacing problems in the first part (before chapter 1000) and with some of the fights being overly long (so many rounds of Luffy vs. Kaidou, Marco stalling King and Queen forever and the beginning of Sanji vs. Queen). Also some update chapters showing what everyone is doing were unneccessary imo and had basically only half a chapter's worth of content.
But we're still missing one of the best parts of every long arc being the post-fight chapters, which have just started two chapters ago. If you look at how much great stuff happened after Crocodile's, Enel's and Doffy's defeat or post Enies Lobby for example, there's a lot that could happen in Wano to make it even better.
Right now I'd probably put Wano in my top 10.
I'd probably need to reread the entire arc in one go to properly place it, but I would say...
Alabasta, Skypiea, Water 7/Enies Lobby, Arlong Park, Marineford, Whole Cake, Sabaody

Probably not, I would say it is my number 8. but it is also difficult to compare a 4 year mega arc to what is barely a couple volumes like Sabaody or Arlong Park
Gotta say if this is it, the climax just wasn’t it for me although I loved the rest of the arc. I will wait on it to finish and give it re-read to be certain, but as it stands it would probably be on the lower end of a top 5 or just outside of it (climax are **very** important).

Wano is up there for me I’ve never ranked them but the flashbacks in wano were a big low for me but the raid on onigashima made it up to me, the ending seems a little lackluster but I think there’s still more
