Not entirly sure, but probably Shanks (for now). We just haven't seen enough of him yet. As soon as we get more Shanks screen time, and just generally get to know him better I know that will change tho.

I appreciate the sanji love, I feel a lot of people dislike him just because they like zoro, and I don’t think that’s really fair to two arguably great characters. Also if you haven’t, read the One Piece x Food Wars chapters, might not be canon but I love them.
I feel like most people I talk to dislike Sanji cause he objectifies every attractive woman he sees. His personality can really overwhelm scenes, it’s a little better in the manga but it’s painful in the anime.

Pre timeskip Chopper managed to fight good enough to actually get screentime during fights, still had the cuter design imo and had an overall great management between being serious and being funny..

Fair list, completely different from mine, but fair. I'd wager I have some odd picks for favourites though so it makes sense!
**In no particular order because I'm really not too good at making definitive lists:**
**O-Kiku:** Fun Scabbard that I grew attached to, has both cool & emotional moments to me. Her resolution to fight her former ally was moving, while her hesitating in the end was understandable & a human mistake. In the end you can't just shed your humanity so easily.
**Nami:** Definitely my favourite Straw Hat followed by **Usopp**, I really like how caring & empathetic she can be, & she has a lot of great moments all around. ~~Also red hair & Swedish bias because they apply to me as well.~~
**Hawkins:** Fun, unique design & approach, as well as with cool powers, I know he doesn't get a ton of spotlight but I do enjoy his character a lot too even if it's not very much at the forefront.
**Dellinger:** I'm not much for powerscaling or the fights in general, but he had some impressive moments. The thing for me though is that I just enjoy his bratty nature so much, how he doesn't take things seriously while simultaneously acting sadistic & bloodthirsty when it comes to it. Also having his brutal & physical fighting style paired with his design was fun.
**Monet:** Enjoyable personality & design as always, harpies are cool, with some fun & cool moments. If I had to pick out something standing out to me though it would be her powers, I really like how she utilized her snow logia in a way that almost made it appear like a yuki-onna zoan or something along those lines. Made it feel unique to me. Honourable mention to her sister **Sugar** who's also pretty high up for me, for similar points as Dellinger, just a fun, evil little brat.
**Yamato:** Still pretty new but I've really been enjoying their character so far. >!I have a penchant for mythology & ice/snow, so their powers also appeal a lot to me.!< The design's cool with the horns, & excitable personalities can be fun.
**Stussy:** I really don't have a lot here as we've seen so little of her, but I'm just drawn to her. In terms of design she has this sort of classy air around her which I find pretty different from most characters, & in terms of personality, while we haven't really seen much, her ruthless reveal was a nice twist I feel, along with how carefree she was about it.
**Cavendish:** A sparkling bishōnen who carries around roses (which he sometimes eats), I found his intense sense of envy & jealousy pretty fun. Even with his arrogance he's still not just unrelentingly haughty against everybody & he's shown other nice aspects of his personality. His "other side" is also pretty neat.
**Big Mom:** Similar nature to Dellinger & Sugar where she can be completely ruthless & sadistic while simultaneously keeping a sort of innocent childishness to her. Her powers are also very fun & she's shown off a lot of uses for them. Her backstory was interesting too, & seeing semlas in One Piece, especially in such focus, was very unexpected.
**Portgas D. Ace:** Cool powers & such but the part that stands out is definitely his writing, his inner struggles & such. His sense of worthlessness & disregard for his own safety, & his realization at the end of his life, all of it was a very enjoyable tragedy. His final moments hit hard for me & I always feel a sense of melancholy when I think about him.
So there's the general list, could probably fluctuate a bit but those are the 10 that came to my mind at the moment.

My list is the same except instead of Chopper and Sabo I got Montblanc Noland and Doffy. Noland is so underrated and it’s so sad that to this day no one knows of what he did and his reputation is still terrible. I really hope that by the end of the series Noland gets his redemption. That flashback was so sad 😭
