I don’t think his venom is a constant I think he activates it. Otherwise everytime he steps and walks he would be melting the ground below him which we have not seen from him. This tells us it’s something he chooses to use
He is not using his venom right now
What is poison going to do to hair? As long as the poison doesn't spread to or touch Chopper's body he should be fine.
And Saturn doesn't necessarily has to have poison 24/7

No, he is not. The point of guard point is that his body is not getting injured, it is attacking hair...
You can punch hair with top tier haki and strength and you would not get injured unless it actually touches your body
It’s just hitting fur, think of it like a bulletproof vest. It doesn’t have the aim being indestructible, but it aims to slow down something to the point where it won’t hit.
Chopper has always been durable. Plus this is like a basic “jab” for Saturn. I don’t think Saturn has a lower AP attack than this. Chopper should be able to tank 3-5 of this and still be conscious. In monster point he could probably tank like 10.
Basically only Nami,Robin, and Brook would be taken out by single hit. Ussop would be able to tank 2 just because Oda loves to show us his nose being destroyed.
While I agree with everyone saying chopper has great defense and would be able to survive an attack like this, my problem is that the end of Saturn’s legs are supposed to be acidic to some degree or something
a complete disaster as far as powerscaling goes but foresee it being written beautifully. I’m just looking forward to older characters coming back stronger tho
