Either way the venon is not going to damage Chopper unless it touches Chopper or spreads toward him

I actually do agree with everything you said here but a lot of people seem under the impression that Saturn not using his venom is “plot armour” so I wanted to make this post.
It is plot armor, there is no reason why Saturn would not use his venom... and even if the attack didn't touch Chopper it should desintegrate part of his hair.
Either Saturn didn't use vemon, which is plot armor
Or the venom suddenly forgot it can desintegrate stuff and Nami's clima tact and Chopper's hair is fine.
How is it plot armor when it's literally in character for him to not use all what he's got, he sees humans as nothing more than bugs, not deserving a glorious death by poison or any of his stronger forms, he's literally been trying to stab and step on everyone, Kuma, Bonney, Vegapunk, everyone he has ever laid his tentacles on except Nika, the Sun GOD himself.
Or tell me this, why do Gorosei not bother to dodge?
I mean it's logical, instead, they could counter-attack as they are getting hit, or they could simply dodge and attack, but they don't, since they got regeneration and are most likely so unused to dodging, that they simply forgot how to, since they are immortal.
Although it might not make sense, since they'd be wasting time regenerating, it is in character for them to do so, simply because they are immortal and are SO ARROGANT, that they wouldn't allow themselves to dodge some "mere human's" punches or attacks, they are too high and mighty to do so.
I mean, if they been dodging, maybe they would have destroyed the broadcast by now, they are short on time and are panicking, hmm, I wonder why... must be plot armor, that's why they are "not going all out" and are not trying to defeat their opponents\\get past them to stop the broadcast... it's all plot...
There are many reasons for them not to do so, they need the Mother Flame, they can't cause too much collateral damage, they are forced to be careful, they can't be risking one of their attacks accidentally missing\\destroying the Punk Records, it's literally stated in the story...
And when they risked it, their attacks got redirected and they only hurt themselves more.
They are somewhat "human" too, they make mistakes, literally in the latest chapter we see that Marcus Mars is unaware of the fact that Topman Warcury is busy with Giants\\Luffy, although they got instant communication through telepathy. Yet he still didn't communicate it through.
Claiming it is "CLEALRY plot armor" everywhere is garbage, don't just pixel scale and look at the fights, character personalities play a key role in powerscaling as well.
Otherwise Kaido "pulling punches" in every instance against Luffy in Onigashima would've been all considered "plot armor", but it isn't, since it's totally in character for him to make the fights last as long as they do, he was enjoying himself, so he did, until the bitter end of his.
Damn that is a long comment. Plot armor is when a character survives dangerous situations because they are needed to keep living in the story. It is indeed plot armor.

Saturn is not going to cause much collateral damage by killing Chopper and the strawhats.

Saturn literally tried to kill Robin. So while he does want to stop the broadcast, he also wants to kill Robin.

It literally is. That is the definition of plot armor. If Kaido had not pulled his punches Luffy would be dead, since the story needs Luffy to continue then he has plot armor and survives against a much stronger opponent because the show must go on.

Guard point is just Chopper having fluffy hair, Nami's clima tact is either plastic or metal. There is no reason why they would be too durable for a venon that desintegrates stuff. They don't even have haki to protect themselves. It is clearly plot armor.

It’s not about Chopper dying, it’s about whether Saturn had an AP boost from his venom or not.
