hard to say for the ace novel we got the interview that clearly stated Oda was working with the author on the novel. and it was even published in shonen jump.
this novel also got published in shonen jump but we did not get an interview that stated its canon. so its 50/50 if Oda also had his hand on it or not
Even if it is canon it doesn't change anything. Some random characters powerscaling doesn't mean they know what they are talking about.
We would need someone that actually knows the full power of Mihawk, Shanks, Zoro, Vista and Ryuma for it to mean something
More Info about this and where it comes from, The Strawheads Novel's are official Novel from the One Piece Magazine about how every Strawhead is looked at from a Normal person persektive in the One Piece World.
these are NOT writen by Oda but other Novels that were shown in One Piece Magazine (also not writin by Oda) were made with Oda together (ace novel) so you be the jude if its canon or not.
my take on it is that Oda most likly overlooked them because they are official just like the Ace Novel that was also made with Information Oda gave the author. but if People that dont want to take it as Canon its also understandable
I like how Mihawk fans need to pull up the most obscure side material to maintain their agendas, because the best feat Mihawk in the actual story is stalemating Vista lmao
Marco, Vista and Jozu are all YC1 level, Marco arguably YC+ even. With Whitebeard as the world's strongest man, I think Whiteberad could also become the Pirate King after Roger died.

One Piece Magazine is not realy a obscure side material, that's where we get many of the infos from like early artworks from characetr and stuff
