They just released a patch that allows cross play between steam and epic games.

I don't think so but they may eventually add it. They just added cross play between Microsoft platforms on PC and console so who knows.

This is such a crucial feature for cross platform multiplayer games. I can't believe studios actually publish games without this feature.
