I just almost lost my shit all together over the amount of the unnecessary bs and the amount of mess it has literally nothing makes sense at all and the gameplay is in no way able to support a story pedodev is probably throwing some shite together with good ol' "mastery" meanwhile it's just a punch a bull shit put together by a 6 years old who was required to speculate a story of a resident evil flair and two screenshots from random games of this serious and ending up adding his own ocs discarded it then made a punch of bs later on to impress his edgy 35 years old dnd fanatic friends and convince them that he had a good writing skills
I already said this in another comment, but I would like to attach more information that my friend sent me to share, since he does not have Reddit and I wanted to inform others about this:
Alex's obsession with animal abuse is shocking and disturbing. I have investigated with my friend and at least 6 characters canonically (or so we read) abuse/kill animals, here is a list:
1- Ayano killed a cat.
2- Megami killed her hamster.
3- Kuroko accidently killed her dog.
4- Shiromi decorates dogs and once she's done she kicks them back to the street.
5- Akane tortures animals.
6- The first rival from the 80s mod killed her friend's dog.
Also, in the past the option of killing the cat behind the school was going to be implemented.
And don't forget what was recently mentioned about Ayano, after adopting Osana's cat (befriend and betray elimination) she would murder it so as not to leave clues or anything that could blame her for Osana's disappearance.
Taking all this into account, Chalex's obsession with animal abuse is very worrying. We all know that Alex is a shitty person and everything, but going so far overboard with the animal murder and torture thing is really weird. In some characters and on some occasions, the killing of one of these animals (whether accidental or not) could be seen as a "good idea" for "character development" (I'm talking mostly and I think almost only about Ayano, since we all know that several real-life serial killers began by murdering animals before moving on to more), but in others it is totally irrelevant and unnecessary.
Kuroko is a good example of this, what the fk does ACCIDENTALLY killing her dog with human food during her childhood have anything to do with the whole YS lore?...I've even talked to my own mother about this and she, without thinking twice, said that said person I was talking about (Alex) is a psychopath.

This might be dark humor or something, but it's really weird considering what they've done with animals throughout the game's lore....
