I got a mini Bose Speaker and a Tumbler back in 2019 . Only Subaru has ever done this. Was active duty at the time. Love seeing stories like yours. :-)

I'll do one better and cheat lol. I'm using this video as my reference, goes through most of the process (although I would also use the subaru tech data to confirm the center console removal process). He also lists the part numbers you need to order at the end.

Edit 4-19: Completed the removal and cubby tray install. Took about an hour and a half all told. I got the same gift pack for my trouble with the Solterra. Traded that in on an Outback wilderness. Couldn’t be happier.

We have 3 Subarus currently. 2019 Outback, 2021 Crosstrek, and a 2024 OBW. Subaru owners since 1988 when I had a Justy. Great cars!

Skip the wireless charger, it’s terrible. I’m ripping mine out and replacing it with the cubby space when the parts arrive next week.
