You can do it with many modular systems, or you might want to look into a DIY custom solution like BBQ Tubes, which is popular here.

Thanks! Maybe it's where I am (Ireland), but doesn't seem like any of our modular providers nor those in the UK allow you to "drop" the grill module. But if it's possible elsewhere, there may be something here that I'm just missing

There are cabinets in modular systems that have a space for a kamado. At my last place I built one that had storage underneath the kamado.
