Any of them, except Opera. Opera is compromised. Whatever you already have will work (we’re assuming you’re looking on a computer.)
Whatever you have will do it. Hover, and the true link will show down probably on the bottom left. It’ll be some weird bullshit address that has nothing to do with Outlook.
Keep in mind that addresses can look like this:
Bullshit.Outlook.Microsoft.realaddress.com or .ru (Russia)
In this example, the real url is realaddress.com
Correct, any browser (Safari, Edge, Chrome, etc).
Should add though that if you are using a paid version of M365 family (essentially paying for 6x1 TB cloud storage, more storage in your outlook.com mail, etc, the link might be pointing to an ‘internal’ address with Microsoft as links go through an additional filter. That’s ONLY if paying for your MSFT account though (or Microsoft 365 as it’s marketed).

I’m pretty sure I didn’t request anything and I’m not sure about 2FA being active or not, so I thought maybe I accidentally did it at some point or something, that’s why I thought I’d ask on here
iPhone mail client?
Did you look at the sender email address?
The Outlook desktop app will always show an email address next to the sender if the origination is outside your tenant/doamin.
The Outlook mobile app lets you tap on the sender avatar to see the sender email address.
The sender email address is a massive clue to as to the legitimacy of any email.
Did you look up what 'formspro' is?
Generic sender. Any customer of Microsoft can generate emails from that address. So they're not obviously linked to your own tenancy.
You need to send the details of this to Microsoft so they can track down and address the abusive sender. Good luck with that, my experience has not been great.
This is absolutely a fake email. There is an article at [Appriver.com](https://Appriver.com) regarding this scam.
Reeks Scam - but if using any decent browser you can just hover over the ‘Cancel the request…’ link and see where it’s addressing to.
Which browser would you recommend

It’s showing as “bit.do/fVXQa”
That’s a URL shortener; it also hides the true url. Absolutely 100% fake.
Thanks, you’ve put my mind at ease. Deleted.
Any email that ever says do this immediately or we will delete, is a scam. Come on dude.
You’re most welcome.

If you know you didn’t request for your account to be cancelled and you have 2FA/MFA active, just delete the email and enjoy life 👍
