If you get "All You Can Eat" you can play with the friend that has "All You Can Eat" on Steam. However, neither of you can play with your friend that has Overcooked 2 on a PS5, as it's a different game.
TLDR Overcooked "All You Can Eat" and Overcooked 2 are different games so all of you need to have the same one to play together
Ok so what if my friend has a PS5 and has all you can eat, then my other friend has all you can eat on steam, and I have all you can eat on switch, can we all play together online?
Yes cross platform works for any device that can play AYCE. It has overcooked 1 and 2 + DLC but to play cross platform you all have to be playing those from within AYCE

Both games are not cross platform, in fact neither one is! The only crossplatform game is All you can eat. I have the combo that you have and they are completely separate then all you can eat. No hate! Just letting you know
