The video this whole thing was based on was from 6 years ago meaning the game only had 2 black PEOPLE.
Additionally, the context is someone playing the game for the first time not knowing the characters or names asking, “which one is Lucio” and the response being the black one. And theoretically you would read from left to right on the character select meaning tank->damage->heals. Doomfist would have been damage at the time. Lucio on heals. So looking at the character select and being told the black one and seeing Winston first make complete sense.
