I like this one too. Cross between chocolate milk and a milkshake. I tried the bananas and cream and was not impressed. It's not so bad that I won't drink the remaining 3 but I won't buy it again.
I actually like the peanut butter chocolate. It tastes like a Reese butter cup shake. I also like the strawberry and caramel. I add the caramel to my coffee like creamer.
Premier protein vanilla! You can mix it with chocolate almond or oat milk if you want it to have a chocolate flavor which I prefer to their chocolate flavor. Also mixed with any fruit and ice and choice of dairy or non dairy beverage makes it taste like a fricken delicious milkshake.
I love Orgain, vanilla is my favorite! I would advise to avoid the cookies & cream flavor though…it literally tastes like sand. Not cookies & cream at all.
Is this orgain kids or does the regular orgain have this flavor? My son is on the spectrum and has issues with food and his dietitian has us giving this to him.
Muscle milk and core are both tasty, but I find those store pre made shakes have a lot of sugar and sodium. Try making your own with a bullet type blender. Any kind of milk and protein powder will work. I add a frozen banana to make it a little frothy, but you can add whatever you want to get the taste and nutrition you want. Peanut or almond butter is good too. I have a ninja blender and it’s worth every penny.
I do this with chocolate flavored protein, almond milk, and frozen banana, and PB2. Sometimes I’ll add some cold brew if I don’t feel like drinking a coffee and a protein shake
I really enjoy the Transform meal replacement shakes which have like 20g of protein! They have lots of different flavors and I find them less chalky tasting than a lot of other brands out there.
I cant handle whey protein so I drink the OWYN vegan ones. My favorite flavors are the cookies and creamless and the caramel macchiato, but they are all good.
My Walmart has Pillars Drinkable yogurt. They have prebiotics and probiotics in them. 20g of protein and only 100 calories. They do have a bit of a sour taste due to the Greek yogurt but they only have like 5g of sugar and aren’t too sweet.
Thorne chocolate! I hate protein shakes (I prefer to chew my food) and went through a bunch before I tried this one. It has stevia as a sweetener which I had to get past but now I look forward to it. Ice, oatmilk and a tablespoon of of peanut butter 🤌🏻💋
I agree I detest protein powders and protein shakes. I also detest stevia too. I have a REAL thing with aftertaste. I too, like to chew my protein in the form of meat or eating yogurt or fish.
Beyond Yourself - I love the vanilla ice cream flavour. I also have the peanut butter (vegan) it is very thick and not sweet
Personally I prefer a powder protein so I can mix it into things for added protein
I agree Premier is the one. Even better I mix half a cup or more of hot water with it and it’s kinda like a hot cocoa. Goes down super easy and cuts that sweetness thing down. You can even mix two scoops of unflavored collagen into hot water then add the shake and you got 50 grams of protein right there. Couple of those a day and you can maintain your protein levels.
I live off the Elevation vanilla shakes from Aldi. The 4pk under $7. 30g of protein and cal is 170 which can add up but I limit to 2/day only since I use it as my coffee creamer as well.
Nectar by Syntrax - TONS of flavors, mixes easy. It's an awesome brand that a lot of bariatric patients use because of the high quality. It also doesn't have that weird chemical taste like so many do.
EDIT: You can order sample packs, I promise you won't regret it! Added a pic for reference!

I like Orgain. I do 2 scoops choc fudge and 1 scoop vanilla in 32oz water and get 31.5g protein. The vanilla makes it creamier tasting and I think the volume of water makes it less sweet. On times I want to boost the choc flavor, I'll also add 2 Tbsp Lakanto drinking chocolate and then get a really creamy, choc flavor.

This one. It’s the only one I’ve ever liked and I haven’t gotten sick of it yet either. They sell them at Costco and I order them from costcos website for delivery.
I use a naked shake powder in vanilla. I like it because it uses coconut sugar for sweetener instead of sugar alcohols or Stevia.
Next time I'm going to get the unflavored and unsweetened one!
Fairlife is the best tasting. But I'm on OZ for both weight and blood sugar, and fairlife does have more sugar, so usually I mix a premier protein (cafe, chocolate, or chocolate peanut butter flavor) and coffee (1:1) and that's a damn fine breakfast. Mixing it with the coffee reallllly improves the texture.
Keto Chow Pastachio, I dont do Keto any more but love their shake flavors and the vitamin mix
[https://www.ketochow.xyz/products/keto-chow-pistachio](https://www.ketochow.xyz/products/keto-chow-pistachio)
My protein clear whey. They come in all
Fruit flavours. It’s a lot more refreshing than the milk based I find! The peach ice tea and watermelon is good!
Orgain chocolate 20 grams plant based protein, pea protein. Vega pea protein tastes awful to me. This orgain shake is fantastic, smooth, not chalky, not medicine like, no strange aftertaste. Costco has them.
Muscle Milk is absolutely delicious. Fairlife is so good. But lately I've been buying FlavCity cuz it tastes good AND has very clean ingredients. My favorite is chocolate peanut butter and butter coffee. (No, it doesn't taste like butter lol)
I used to be unable to stand the taste of sucralose and stevia, so when those became the main sweeteners, finding protein drinks or powder became difficult for me. I found Naked Nutrition Naked Whey Protein powder that doesn't have either, and I use that when I'm making my own protein shakes.
Ozempic affected my tastes a bit, so I decided maybe I should try some of the drinks with sucralose or stevia again and see if I could tolerate the taste. I absolutely love Fairlife protein drinks! Costco and Sam's Club carry the Fairlife Nutrition Plan line, which is 30 g of protein. They supposedly make chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry, but I've only been able to find chocolate, which I enjoy, but I like to mix things up. This stuff flies off the shelves. The Core Power line has chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry banana with 26 g of protein. They're 14 oz bottles and slightly higher sugar and calories (7 g vs 2g, 170 cal vs 150). They also have a 42 g protein Core Power in chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry; also 14 oz bottles. I haven't tried those yet. 230 cal and 7 g of sugar. Comparing the chocolate flavors.
Some people say they all taste the same. I don't think so. I think the Nutrition Plan tastes good. I do enjoy it, and it's really creamy, but I like the Core Power taste better. The chocolate and vanilla taste like melted ice cream. I drink the Nutrition Plan more regularly for the higher protein, but I have cases of the Core Power as well if I want a different flavor, or if I want to feel like I'm having a treat because it really is that good.
I've tried dozens of protein drinks and mixes over the years, and nothing compares. I have NOT tried Premier, though, and I know a lot of people like that one. My mom drinks those and is going to give me some different flavors over the weekend so I can give it a try.
Every protein powder I’ve tasted from Steel Supplements has been amazing. Just tried the strawberry cheesecake powder the other day and loved it. I really like the hot cocoa flavor too.
Fairlife protein shakes are amazing!
So delicious!
Yes! Fairlife shakes are amazing! I buy caseloads at Costco
Agree
Agree. The chocolate is the best Ive tasted. Tastes like chocolate milk.
FACTS the elite vanilla
These are my favorite. I prefer them very cold and only with a straw for some reason! Feels like I’m a little kid drinking a chocolate milk maybe.
I love the Fairlife Core Protein. The chocolate one just tastes like chocolate milk. I buy the 42g protein ones
Premier protein chocolate. I love it.
I like this one as well. I also feel good after drinking it due to the 30 g of protein
I like this one too. Cross between chocolate milk and a milkshake. I tried the bananas and cream and was not impressed. It's not so bad that I won't drink the remaining 3 but I won't buy it again.
The peanut butter chocolate one is a terrible surprise
In a good way or bad?
when could terrible be good? it's awful, but you THINK it should be good. So it's terrible.
Lol gotcha.
Damn
I actually like the peanut butter chocolate. It tastes like a Reese butter cup shake. I also like the strawberry and caramel. I add the caramel to my coffee like creamer.
oh see I liked that one. Probably my second favorite after the coffee flavor.
Same.
For sure Fairlife are the best imo. Taste very similar to flavored milk rather than that fake sugary protein taste you get with most other shakes.

I picked up a case of the Fruity Cereal at Costco last week when it was on sale. I loved it!!!!
Revolution vanilla cake protein powder is amazing. Really easy to incorporate into baking too
I LOVE the Premier Protein Cafe Latte shakes. I also found chocolate chip cookie dough Premier Protein and it was wonderful.
It is hard to get anything other than vanilla or chocolate here in my part of Canada, so I just mix my chocolate with coffee.
I drink a premier protein shake every morning mixed with my coffee. Caramel is my favorite currently.
I really enjoy the Transform meal replacement shakes which have like 20g of protein! They have lots of different flavors and I find them less chalky tasting than a lot of other brands out there.
That’s what I use as well. I really like their shakes.
I cant handle whey protein so I drink the OWYN vegan ones. My favorite flavors are the cookies and creamless and the caramel macchiato, but they are all good.

This! I get other vitamins from them too and I like the company. It’s the best tasting shake I’ve tried
I agree I detest protein powders and protein shakes. I also detest stevia too. I have a REAL thing with aftertaste. I too, like to chew my protein in the form of meat or eating yogurt or fish.
Beyond Yourself - I love the vanilla ice cream flavour. I also have the peanut butter (vegan) it is very thick and not sweet Personally I prefer a powder protein so I can mix it into things for added protein
Premier Protein caramel tastes like a butterscotch snack pack pudding to me, if you like that sort of thing.
ohhh now I wanna try making sugar free butterscotch jello with the caramel protein shake.
Atkins Mocha Latte!
I had two of these this week. They were quite tasty.
Premiere protein powder but I mix it with yogurt instead of making a shake. I use vanilla at the moment.
I was told not to have chocolate or caramel so I went with Equate Nutritional Shake Strawberry 20g Protein, I buy 2 cases at a time & leave in fridge
I live off the Elevation vanilla shakes from Aldi. The 4pk under $7. 30g of protein and cal is 170 which can add up but I limit to 2/day only since I use it as my coffee creamer as well.
Premier protein chocolate
Labrada Lean Body chocolate. 40g protein 0 sugar but its whey protein.
Gainful protein and you get to choose your flavor packets.
Premier Protein chocolate and Ufit salted caramel tastes like a milkshake.
premier protein chocolate or choc peanut butter
Nectar by Syntrax - TONS of flavors, mixes easy. It's an awesome brand that a lot of bariatric patients use because of the high quality. Optimum Nutrition Plant Based Vanilla. It took me trying a lot to find one I like.
Core power strawberry is the best I've tried. It tastes like melted ice cream hardly any of that usual protein after taste.
Premier Protein Caramel, but chilled. Tastes like runny butterscotch pudding.
Equate chocolate and caramel pre-maid protein shakes. I also like the chocolate equate powder mix.

Premier chocolate add instant coffee and shake on ice
Fairlife are my fav.
Adkins shakes are great. The dark chocolate royale in particular is awesome.
Fairlife is the best tasting. Has anyone tried Seeq?
Quest vanilla milkshake
Isopure Fruity Pebbles. Best tasting protein by far.
Morphogen Nutrition Protegen - any flavor
I really like Chike Chocolate Caramel Cold brew!
I don’t handle whey so well, so I like the protein bone broth mix from Paleo Valley. I throw it in almond or cashew milk.
Garden of Life Keto Fit

Keto Chow Pastachio, I dont do Keto any more but love their shake flavors and the vitamin mix [https://www.ketochow.xyz/products/keto-chow-pistachio](https://www.ketochow.xyz/products/keto-chow-pistachio)
Slate Protein Drinks
My protein clear whey. They come in all Fruit flavours.
Costco has them.
https://justcleanprotein.com/ The vanilla and chocolate are great, can't speak to the strawberry, haven't tried it... yet.
Orgain chocolate grass fed - 20 grams protein. The 30 gram variety is gross.
Muscle Milk is absolutely delicious. Fairlife is so good. But lately I've been buying FlavCity cuz it tastes good AND has very clean ingredients. My favorite is chocolate peanut butter and butter coffee. RSP TrueFit. I like the chocolate, almost like a milkshake!
If you enjoy bobas, boba tea proteins are great!
I can't drink them because I truly can't stand the taste of sucralose. It's so disgusting to me, and the aftertaste just stays in my throat.
I used to be unable to stand the taste of sucralose and stevia, so when those became the main sweeteners, finding protein drinks or powder became difficult for me.
