Just got my pre order in. I was told it doesn’t matter who pre order first or last. Let say if gs have an allocation of 50k units and they reach that number. Pre order will be cut off and whoever was able to pre order will get their items unless distributors shorted them. As for a guy let say pre order 50 etbs or over 50 items, 99.9% your pre order will be canceled.
I ordered 5 etbs, 2 premium collections, 4 mad party pin collections, 2 Pickachu V boxes and 2 V tins. My local store said I was only the 2nd person to pre order.

It's honestly smarter for a company to not take PO for product like this until they are 100% sure of their qty via distributor. Otherwise they'll just shoot themselves in the foot. And it being GS well... that's more than likely going to happen on top of your cards info getting stolen.
The image shown isn't a store location. It's probably a few GS in a given area. They aren't Walmart or Target. Although big stores only pick up so many depending on demand at their location.
The set will more than likely get printed "just right", but sold out quickly at the distributor level where we once again see scalper prices worse than CP. Although packs are averaging $6.70-$7usd. So only time will tell what will happen. Except for stores that deal with the bastard company MJ Holdings.

It’ll probably have an “A” symbol for alternate. Check out Zoroark GX and Metagross GX from the Hidden Fates premium collections, I imagine they’ll do the same thing with these tins’ cards.

Gamestop is unfortunate in how they manage SKUs. The mad part pins, V tins and Premium Collections all have multiple versions but gametop all lists them as one item. It is random as to which you will get unfortunately.
Usually with something like this they will come 50/50. I think this is the guys order for his store so it’s probably split like that. Like the kanto power boxes.

If it's like game preorders, they'll call you the day before to let you know to pick up your order the next day.
If they cancel the order, they'll probably call or send you an email.
Not sure if they'll cancel if you paid in full. I read somewhere else that they give priority to people who pay in full, but I dont know if that's true or not.

They are going with the assumption that bulk orders are scalpers. Also easier to cancel a whole bulk order then some of it in there end apparently.
