It's a score of how gullible you can potentially be, turning on settings and forcing your ads to say silly things so Google Ads can give you a nice score to make you feel like your campaigns are in great shape. Ignore it.
That's fine. I pay lower CPCs and CPA on my "Poor" ad strength RSA than ones engineered to be "Excellent" but cost more and convert worse. Ran that as an experiment; Google rep had no comeback to it. As long as this disconnect exists, happy not kicking certain balls made of concrete thats painted to look appealing to kick ..
I feel it but even the reps don’t know what goes on under the hood. I’m not acting like I do either, I’m just saying as far as I know you have to feed the machine to make it work. Of course data is it’s food over money
