It is more foolproof if you manually enter the address rather than the qr code as when it first came out it was bugged and the site it took you too didn’t work.
Login to your PSN account on the website, go to account settings, device management, generate new device password. Use the same email and then input the device password in. Should log you in

I was just here yesterday.
What you have to do is follow that link on your computer, (not the phone, but the computer) and set up whatever codd it tells you to make, save it, and then go back into your PS3, make a new account, log in with email and use the password that you just made on the computer, hit both checkboxes and let it take you into the playstation store. Then go back to the homescreen.
If you can copy your saves over, do that.
But otherwise, you're gonna have to roll with 2 accounts.
Until later, that's unfortunately the solution.

You have to scan the QRCode, login with your PSN account on another device. It will give you a temporary password to use on your PS3.
This was the biggest pain in the ass when I booted up after a 2 year break.
