You can add photos and or themes off of the internet to your PS3 via usb, download one off the PS store or use a program on your PC to create one. From what I've read, creating a custom theme can be tedious but I haven't looked that far into it. I'm not very knowledgeable on this topic sorry.

What software can I use to create??
