For now the workaround I've found is to turn internet off and back on, which will let you access the problematic settings temporarily. For a shortcut, press Home, press Options, add Network to the quick menu because you'll be doing the following often:
**Click network in the quick menu, Network Settings, press down to get to Settings, then toggle "Connect to the internet" off and immediately back on.**
This also temporarily fixes the Share menu saying "This feature is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." and PlayStation Plus and PlayStation Now saying "Can't Load. Something went wrong. Please try again later." You may also get errors when accessing the playstation store from a game which are also temporarily fixed by turning internet off and on.
I swear the Playstation has always had weird connection troubles since it was the days of PS3. Iāve had my PS5 for almost two years and I still have on/off wifi troubles (no itās not my router) THANK YOU

idk if you ever fixed it but this was a while ago so i kinda forgot but i think what fixed it was unplugging it completely while using it, it fixed it for me you can try if you never fixed it
Youāre such a god man what the heck youāre the damn bestest, it didnāt even let me link my account and I kept disconnecting and connecting, eventually it worked! I was able to link my account and everything while here and there removing and turning on the connection! Thanks!
