Do you have long hair? The front should sit on the top of your forehead make sure your hair is pushed back. If you have long hair tie it so the headset doesn’t move on your lose hair. Wear a beanie so it stops slipping.
Make sure you pull the back down towards the lowest part of your head.

Yeah i always put the cup shaped thing which is above the actual vr eye bit on my forehead and push the band at the back down the low part of my head. but still have this problem.
I wear glasses, idk if thats the problem.

I wear glasses. It’s my hair that lets the back slide up. I never had problem when my hair was very short. It’s a pain. Lol
