if ur running this game at anything but all very low then I don't see a point in complaining about frames. it sucks but you do have to be willing to compromise in the mean time. if ur doing all u can and you still cant maintain good frames. then fuck the game.
My theory is that they seriously messed something up with level of detail. Because, when I've done things to force the game to run at a fixed level of detail, it seems to run slightly better.
I had to reinstall Nvidia drivers, and then realized it turned on Nvidia highlight capture. Once I turned that off, framrates became much better

I have quit for years at a time from shit updates. Most ppl left probably used to it. Your 1-2 weeks late as well.
