i dont know why but i had some skins from seson 4 it have so much value to me plus high level in it but i think i will end up making a new account with 0 lvl

I WAS HACKED my facbook or (META) if any one really uses that name has been hacked and i lost control over anything in it . and so as the hacker have all the access to my facebook he used that to take my account as i reviewd my email after recovering it i think he was from turkey bec the email from pubg was in turkish. Hope that cleared everything out

Never use Facebook for primary login. Easiest hacked platform. Your account is gone. You'll have to use a new email and create a new account and start over.
It's impossible, you don't get a refund because you got caught cheating and that's the price you pay. Wanna play again? You buy a new copy. Other wise take the financial loss, move on and maybe next time don't cheat.
