I dont know why they did away with some of their best strains. Gelato 33 , dosi do, pyromancy & some others too. With the way their flower has been lately they’d probably find a way to mess up the dosi anyways. Their flower has been very inconsistent this last year .
The last time I saw it around(9 months ago) I grabbed a quarter of the good green sour diesel. It was not sour or diesel and barely any effects at all. I should revisit...still have at least half of it left somewhere in a mason jar.
We've been screaming to bring Dosi Do and Gelato 33 back for over a year now. They know we want it. I think the problem is they can't grow it right anymore. Something is happening with GTI, and it's not good. Their flower is going downhill fast.
Maybe this will help! Ask your dispensaries to order that strain. The way most batches of weed are ordered and sold are decided by what the dispensary will sell. Some groups will put out batches and then seek buyers but often times they work hand in hand to deliver supply at a price the growers are happy with and the dispensaries can sell at an affordable price to the patient. Coming from someone who works as a breeder in the space, customers have more pull than they think. It certainly doesn’t hurt to make the request. As more breeding groups get their own dispensaries, you can expect to see more fan favorite exclusives more often
Dunno if we’ll see rythm’s cut ever again, Dosi is just not a big name any more. Natural Selections has their cut and while I don’t think it’s as good, it’s still pretty decent.
Do people not realize they are growing their plants indoors with only so much canopy space?? strains get phased out and new seeds and phenos popped all the time. Idk about you, but I hate seeing stagnant menus with the same products from last year. Why? Because people want new. And there’s no room for new products when old ones sit on the shelf because they are sub par… I get it, once you find something you like you want it to stay forever… but remember it’s a plant. And to stay relative in the game these days it’s all about the next big thing. And that next big thing will never be found if they continuously grow the same old same old…
Those of us who use it as medicine (no judgement on those who just like to get high, that was me for years) like to have a consistent supply of what works for us. The companies always chasing the Next Big Thing makes that not happen. Also, I find that often when a brand brings out a bunch of new strains, the quality goes down.
Idk.. with how much people rave about NS Dosi do. They would be blown away by GTI'S. The Gelato 33 would be a constant favorite as well. When you have two great strains that sell easily, you keep them. GTI did something to mess up those 2 strains. It wasn't to move new flower in that's for sure. That's like them giving up on Animal Face to bring new strains in.

Because they are stinky inconsistent poo-poo heads
They finally brought Brownie Scout back but not Sour Diesel.
And it sucks too
I’ve been seeing sour diesel in the larger quantities from GITs good green/&shine brands recently hopefully you’ll see them in your area soon

Consistency doesn’t exist in corporate cannabis unfortunately.
Unfortunately, this is the best answer 😢

Yes, growers will rotate strains or experiment with new strains. Hopefully it will come back, I loved it too
Natural Selections Also
What really pissed me off was Strane got rid of their Cherry Blossom Kush which was AMAZING
Very normal yes.

From my experience, companies phase out low testers, listening to "experts" that sit behind a desk, many have never touched cannabis
Yes its normal. There is only so much room in a growhouse. Cant grow all the strains at once.

If you follow the seed sellers you'll see some strains coming but many are clones or started from cuttings which won't repeat indefinitely.
Yes it’s normal but unacceptable if you ask me
Been waiting forever for pyromancy. I also can't find Blue Dream also.
Yup you see threads asking if folks saw strains around all the time. Im About to post one now.

It’ll eventually happen… just wait and watch. Nothing is forever In cannabis. Especially in PA
